World Real Estate Platform in Middle East
The countdown is on for MIPIM Middle East 2026, the World Real Estate Platform,, staged in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 20 October 2026 to 21 October 2026 and set to gather the sector under one roof. Bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and industry decision-makers, it has become an important meeting point for the sector. This annual gathering builds on each previous edition. The guest list runs deep, with something like 1000 attendees expected on site. This year's edition calls The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh home.
When the host city is Riyadh, half the appeal is already in place — a well-connected, welcoming base with plenty to offer once the day is done. Arriving is half the worry with most events; not here — Riyadh's connections mean you can be at the venue soon after you land. Places to stay are plentiful, and picking one near the venue keeps your mornings short and your options open. The after-hours side of Riyadh — its restaurants, bars and sights — is reason enough to stay an extra night.
The floor is organised around Real Estate, Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Industry and Real Estate, Construction & Urban, so finding the right suppliers takes less walking and more talking. Deals start on the floor and continue over coffee, which is exactly how the format is meant to work. Coffee breaks, lunches and socials are as much a part of the value as the sessions themselves. Behind the scenes, RELX manage the moving parts so attendees never have to think about them.
Visitors leave with new contacts, supplier leads and a clearer view of where the market is heading. MIPIM Middle East 2026 remains a key fixture for importers, exporters and trade buyers, and an edition worth planning for.
Full programme details, exhibitor lists and registration information are typically published in the run-up to the event on the official website.
