For anyone tracking the industry, Fi Europe 2026, the Food Ingredients Exhibition, is one to watch — it unfolds in Frankfurt, Germany from 17 November 2026 to 19 November 2026. Bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and industry decision-makers, it has become an important meeting point for the sector. Because it comes around every year, each edition arrives with genuine anticipation. Each edition gathers approximately 27000 attendees, making it a major meeting point for the industry. Delivery is in the hands of Informa Markets, a name the sector associates with well-run events. Doors open at Messe Frankfurt, a space designed to keep large gatherings flowing smoothly.
When the host city is Frankfurt, half the appeal is already in place — a well-connected, welcoming base with plenty to offer once the day is done. Reaching Frankfurt is straightforward, with strong international connections and local transport that make getting to the venue easy.
